As we turn the page on another year, Americans have a choice to make. We can continue down a path of bigger government, lower expectations, and endless excuses—or we can recommit ourselves to the values that built the greatest nation on earth. The New Year is a time for reflection, but it is also a time for resolve.

Last week, I joined a Save MI Schools Town Hall with legislators and education leaders from across Michigan to discuss and present solutions to fix our state’s failing education system.
