Present: B. Hodge, P. Hiler-Molter, N. Weber, J. Yetzke, D. Baiers    Absent: None

Approved agenda and December 12, 2016 minutes, bills and payroll of $67,210.21

Received public safety and departmental reports.

Approved February 16th Board of Review Training, members may attend at regular peridium rate.

Approved Fire Contract renewals with Sister Lakes Fire and Benton Charter Fire Depts.

Approved Amendments to 2015-16 budget.

Approved Election School Contracts signing by Clerk, P. Hiler-Molter.

Approved Treasurer, N. Weber, to collect school taxes from districts: Benton Harbor, Watervliet, and Lake Michigan College.
