NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The deceased Settlor, Frederic Jon Alten., who lived at 177 W. Glenlord Road, St. Joseph, MI 49085, SS# XXX-XX-2218 , died December 19, 2018. No probate estate has been opened for Frederic Jon Alten and there is no Personal Representative of the Settlor’s probate estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the deceased Settlor are notified that all claims against the Frederic Jon Alten Trust u/t/a dated June 27, 2017 and/or Frederic Jon Alten, individually, will be forever barred unless presented to Frederic Dale Alten, Successor Trustee, at 177 W. Glenlord Road, St. Joseph, MI 49085 within 4 months after the date of publication of this Notice.

Notice is further given that the assets of this Trust will be thereafter assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to the trust assets thereof/
