WATERVLIET SOUTH SCHOOL CHARACTER AWARDS… At South Elementary they are working on putting their South School pledge into action each day. For January they are focusing on learning about cooperation. The “Cooperation” awards for January 23-27, 2017 were presented to: (from the left) Amiah Apreza, Young 5s student in Mrs. Wendt’s room; Mila Sirk, Kindergarten student in Mrs. Griffith’s room; Daniel Maack, 1st Grade student in Mrs. Muth’s room; and Aaron Alvarado, 2nd Grade student in Mrs. Martin’s room.
