An action seeking equitable relief pursuant to MCL 600.2932 to quiet title against the interest of Defendants in and to the Property commonly known as 5898 Madison Street, Coloma, Michigan 49038, has been commenced by Plaintiff, Hagar Shores Property, LLC, and against Defendants, Martha Krieger and Beatrice Sawyer, in the Berrien County Trial Court for the State of Michigan, and Defendants must answer or take other action permitted by law within 28 days after the last date of publication.  If Defendants do not answer or take other action within the time allowed, judgment may be entered against Defendants for the relief sought in the Complaint.

The real property, which is the subject of the Complaint, is located in the Township of Hagar, Berrien County, Michigan, and is described as follows:

 2017 NOTICE OF BOARD OF REVIEW

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Review will meet at the Township Hall, 7315 Territorial Rd. Watervliet Mi. 49098, to examine and review the 2017 Assessment roll. The board will convene on the following dates for the hearing of appeals of assessments or taxable values, poverty exemptions, parcel classification appeals and/or current year qualified agricultural denials:

Tuesday, March 7, 2017, 10:00 a.m. Organizational Meeting

Hearings will be the week of March 13, 2017

Monday, March 13, 2017, 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday, March 14, 2017, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

And on such additional days as required to hear all persons who have given notice of the desire to be heard until assessment rolls have been revised, corrected and approved.

Letter appeals will be accepted and must be received no later than 9:00 pm March 14, 2017.

Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.

Board of Review Meetings

Monday, March 13, 2017     1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

                                                6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Tuesday, March 14, 2017     9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

                                                1:30 p.m. to  4:30 p.m.

All classifications are at a tentative 1.0 factor.  Appointments can be made at the Watervliet Township

Hall, 4959 M-140 Hwy., Watervliet, Michigan or you may call (269) 463-5113.  If you are unable to attend the
