Orthodox Women’s Group holding Order By Mail bake sale for Easter Once again the Berrien County Orthodox Women’s Group from Annunciation-Agia Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Church in New Buffalo is offering an opportunity to order spring pastries to accompany Easter dinners. There will not be an onsite bake sale; instead they are having an “Order By Mail” sale. The baked goods can be picked up at a choice of two different dates. Orders need to be mailed to Annunciation-Agia Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Church, PO Box 93, New Buffalo MI 49117 along with a check made payable to Berrien County Greek Orthodox Church by April 2, 2020. Orders may be picked up at the church social hall located at 18000 Behner Rd. in New Buffalo on Friday, April 10 from noon to 4 p.m. or Saturday, April 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Specify on your order the preferred date. Items available are: Baklava, $3 ea.; Mini Chocolate Dipped Baklava, $1.50 ea.; Bougatsa, $2.50 ea.; Brownies, $1.50 ea.; Galaktoboureko (9-in.), $20; Kourambiedes, $1.50/ea.; Tsoureki (loaf), $8; Melomakarona, $1.50 ea.; Pasta Flora, $2 ea.; Pita – spinach or cheese (24 count), $20.
