NO IT’S NOT RIVER DANCE… It’s a pack of pint-sized Hartford “hoofers” kicking up their heels to “Cotton Eyed Joe” to open Kid Factor 2018 held Saturday March 17 at Hartford High School Auditorium. There were plenty of boots, bandanas and cowboy hats on stage as organizer Sandy Burchett chose to go with a western theme for this year’s event showcasing the talent of Hartford students K-12 to raise money for the District’s Special Education Department.
