Default has occurred in the conditions of a mortgage made by Susan G. Niven Revocable Trust located at P. O. Box 39, Lockport, Illinois 60441 (the “Mortgagor”) in favor of Michael P. BE IT HEREBY NOTICED that the Planning Commission of the City of Watervliet will conduct a public hearing on Monday April 24, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Watervliet Fire Station located at 217 W. Pleasant St., Watervliet, Michigan.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider amending the City’s Zoning Ordinance by adding Farmers Markets as a permitted principal use under Section 8.01 – Retail Business District.
