TOWNSHIP OF KEELER COUNTY OF VAN BUREN STATE OF MICHIGAN Ordinance Number 04-02-2019 AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES BY ADDING TWO PARCELS TO THE SISTER LAKES CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY THIS IS AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09-01-2009, ADDING TWO PARCELS TO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SISTER LAKES CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY OF KEELER TOWNSHIP AS CONTEMPLATED BY ACT 280, PUBLIC ACTS OF 2005, AS AMENDED, AND ACT 57, PUBLIC ACTS OF 2018, AS AMENDED. THE TOWNSHIP OF KEELER, VAN BUREN COUNTY, MICHIGAN ORDAINS: Section 1 Amendment of Section 2, Designation of Boundaries of the Corridor Improvement District Section 2 of Ordinance No. 09-01-2009, is hereby amended to include the following additional language: “The boundaries of the Sister Lakes Corridor Improvement Authority are expanded to include additional parcels of land. The revised Corridor Improvement Authority District is amended to include Parcel A as legally described herein on Exhibit A and Parcel B as legally described herein on Exhibit B. The legal descriptions on Exhibits A and B attached hereto as hereby incorporated into the boundaries of the Sister Lakes Corridor Improvement Authority”. Section 2 Filing The Township Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Office of the Secretary of State of Michigan promptly after its adoption as set forth below in conformity with Act 280 of P.A. 2005, as amended and with Act 57 of P.A. 2018, as amended.
