W-A-Y Watervliet High School March/April Students of the Month

Haiden Edelberg A W-A-Y Student of the Month for March/April is Haiden Edelberg. Haiden joined the program in November and has been making steady progress ever since, earning almost four credits. She has been working hard to knock out all of her freshman classes by spring.

Danielle Bidol Another March/April student of the month is Danielle Bidol. Danielle joined this past February, but in that short amount of time has already earned over two credits! She is quickly approaching senior status. Danielle’s parents are Joe Allen and Christine Bidol. During her free time, she enjoys reading a good book or listening to music. After she graduates, Danielle plans to get a part-time job while also attending a secondary school. She knows what it takes to put time into her work, so success after high school should be no problem! In the lab, she is always willing to help someone that needs it, and others know they can go to her for advice or help.

Nadia Lauzon The third March/April student of the month is Nadia Lauzon. This is not Nadia’s first time receiving this honor! Since joining the W-A-Y program a little under two years ago, she has steadily earned over 14.5 credits! She is on track to graduate in the next month or so. Nadia’s parents are April Perry and Neil Perry. When she isn’t busy with school, she enjoys spending as much time as possible outside. She likes fishing, walking in the woods or just sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air. After graduating, Nadia wants to get a decent paying job to start saving money. Her goal is to move out on her own and start college. Her advice to other students in the W-A-Y program is don’t procrastinate. The longer they wait to turn in a project, the longer it will take to finally finish school. Nadia is great at always being sure to finish something each time she comes to the lab. This is a sure fire way to graduate! Congratulations again Nadia!
