She is a good role model for other students. She is helpful and nice to everyone. Zack Gruszczyk is a student in Mrs. Graffenius’ 4th grade classroom. He turns his home-work in on time. He always does nice, quality work. Zack is a pleasure to have in class. JonahThon is a student in Mr. Babcock’s 3rd grade classroom. Jonah is a hard worker and will-ing to help others. He always participates and comes up with unique ways to solve problems. Nice job Rock Stars! Thank you to Burger King for donating gift certificates.


HARTFORD HIGH SCHOOL “STUDENTS OF THE WEEK”… for May 8 – 12, 2017 are pictured (from the left): 9th Grade – Trey Goodson, student of Ernest & Erin Goodson; 10th Grade – Faith Sumners, student of Steve & Angie Sumners; 11th Grade – Randy Ramirez, student of Iliana Hernandez; 12th Grade – Juana Diaz, student of Rogelio Diaz & Eleodora Rosas. To become a “Student of the Week,” students are nominated by teachers or staff for doing something positive. For example: getting a good grade on tests or homework, doing well in class participation or just being a kind person to another. Selected students will receive a certificate, their picture taken & posted in the H.S. front lobby showcase for the week and in the Tri-City Record. At the end of the school year, all Students of the Week names will be entered in a drawing for some cool prizes, treats or gift cards. Congratulations to these “Students of the Week” and keep up the great work!
