PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the following is a summary of a proposed Ordinance which was received for first reading by the Township Board of the Charter Township of Coloma at its regular meeting held on May 8, 2019.
ORDINANCE 112 – ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENTS
SECTION I AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE VI NON-CONFORMING LOTS, USES AND STRUCTURES, SECTION 6.06 NONCONFORMING STRUCTURES. This section amends regulations regarding enlargement of nonconforming structures in the Township Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION II SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this Ordinance are severable.
SECTION III REPEAL All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are repealed.
SECTION IV EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect eight (8) days following publication after adoption.
