ORDINANCE 2017-5
CITY OF WATERVLIET ORDAINS
The Watervliet Code of Ordinances Appendix A- Zoning, Article VIII – Business Districts, Section 8.01 – B-1 retail business district, is hereby amended to include “Farmers Markets” as a permitted use in the B-1 Business District.
This Ordinance shall take effect on June 13, 2017.
