TO:      THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF COLOMA, BERRIEN COUNTY, MICHIGAN AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the Charter Township of Coloma will conduct a public hearing, concerning the following matter on Tuesday, July, 18, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Coloma Charter Township Hall, 4919 Paw Paw Lake Road, Coloma, Michigan 49038.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a hearing will be held to consider a request from Robert Zakhar, 5215 Paw Paw Lake Road, Coloma, MI 49038 for a Special Land Use Permit in order to operate a motel and resort at 5215 Paw Paw Lake Road, Coloma, MI 49038, parcel #11-08-0016-0021-12-0, which consists of 1.33 acres and is zoned C-l Commercial, located in the W A Waterfront Overlay District.
