TO THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WATERVLIET, BERRIEN COUNTY, MICHIGAN AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

BE IT HEREBY NOTICED that the Watervliet Charter Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday November 5, 2019 at 2:05 p.m. at the Watervliet Charter Township Hall, 4959 M-140 Highway, Watervliet, Michigan to receive public questions or comments concerning a requested Special Land Use Permit at property located at 3626 M-140 Highway. The property number is: 11-21-0027-0004-03-0. The site is located at the southwest intersection of Interstate-94 and M-140 and is contiguous to the south right-of-way line of I-94 with frontage on M-140.

The Special Land Use Permit is being requested by Michael Abdul acting as agent for MJA Enterprises for the location and operation of a Michigan Medical Marihuana Provisioning Center.
