NOTICE OF CLOSEOUT PUBLIC HEARING FOR

MICHIGAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDING FOR

LANE AUTOMOTIVE

Watervliet Charter Township will conduct a closeout public hearing on November 21, 2016 at 7:00PM at the Township Hall, 4959 M-140, Watervliet, MI 49098 for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to submit comments and receive a final report on the completion of the Lane Automotive CDBG grant.

The CDBG grant provided funding to assist in job training, expansion of warehouse operations in the amount of $633,334.00 at Lane Automotive.   The CDBG project benefitted at least 51% low to moderate income persons. There were no persons displaced as a result of the project.

Interested parties are invited to comment on the project in person at the public hearing or in writing through November 18, 2016 and addressed to Patricia BambrIck, Township Clerk, Watervliet Charter Township Hall, 4959 M-140, Watervliet, MI 49098.

Citizen views and comments on the CDBG project are welcome.

Reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired, or other aids and services for individuals with disabilities are available by contacting the Township Clerk at least five days before the meeting.

The Settlor, Bobby Gene Vassar, who lived at 45097 68th Street, Hartford, MI 49057, died on October 1, 2016. No Probate Estate has been opened for Bobby Gene Vassar, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Bob G. Vassar and Hazel J. Vassar Revocable Living Trust dated April 20, 2010, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Hazel J. Vassar, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
