TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF COLOMA, BERRIEN COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Charter Township of Coloma will conduct a public hearing, concerning the following matter on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Coloma Charter Township Hall, 4919 Paw Paw Lake Road, Coloma, Michigan.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a hearing will be held to consider a request from Patricia Owens, 2825 Terra Ceia Bay Blvd. 1901, Palmetto, FL 34221. The request is in regard to property code11-08-0016-0041-00-7 for a variance from the Coloma Township Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.01 required setbacks. The owner wishes to have a variance from the front yard (roadside) setback requirement.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE CITY OF WATERVLIET, BERRIEN COUNTY, MICHIGAN AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Watervliet City Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday December 3, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Watervliet City Hall, 158 W. Pleasant St., Watervliet, Michigan. The hearing is called at the request of Freshwater Church for property they are interested in occupying at 115 N. Main St. The property number is: 11-78-0340-0020-00-7. The site is located on the west side of Main St. and north of, and contiguous to the Marathon gas station and is the former Bob’s Hobby Shop. The Zoning Board of Appeals Hearing is specifically mandated and in compliance with Article XII – Off Street Parking and Loading, Section 12.05 -Schedule of Parking Requirements, Sub-Section 10 (f) which states that for Fraternal or Religious Institutions the Board of Appeals shall determine an adequate number of parking spaces to serve persons employed or residing on the premises as well as the visiting public. Freshwater desires to occupy the building for a church and non-profit community center.

All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing to voice concerns, opinions or become informed.
