HARTFORD HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS OF THE WEEK… for Nov. 13-17, 2017 are (from the left): 11th Grade – Marisol Robles, student of Gregorio & Maria Robles; 9th Grade – Lainey Goodson, student of David & Lisa Goodson; 12th Grade – Bobby Johnson, student of Bobby & Rachel Johnson; 10th Grade – Javier Naranjo, student of Braulio Naranjo & Hortencia Victoria. To become a “Student of the Week,” students are nominated by teachers or staff for doing something positive. For example: getting a good grade on tests or homework, doing well in class participation, or just doing a good deed. Selected students will receive a certificate, their picture taken & post-ed in the high school front lob-by showcase for the week, and in the Tri-City Record newspaper. At the end of the school year, all Students of the Week names will be entered in a drawing for some cool prizes, treats or gift cards.
