Present: B. Hodge, P. Hiler-Molter, N. Weber, D. Baiers Absent: J. Yetzke

Approved consent agenda, including bills & payroll $58,254.91

Received public safety and departmental reports.

Approved pay for Election workers in the MI Election Recount process.

Approved amended contracts for Mechanical & Electrical Inspectors

Approved appointments for Board of Review: A. Scherer, J. Morlock, L. Smith

Approved removing J. Jollay/D. Grieser from credit card account and assigning B. Hodge/P.Hiler-Molter.

Approved sending the re-zoning request by Modern Light Metals to Planning Commission once the Land Division has been recorded.

Meeting adjourned at 8:09 p.m.

TO ALL CREDITORS:*  The deceased Settlor, John Randal Watkins, who lived at 450 S. Bainbridge Ctr. Rd., Benton Harbor, MI 49022, SS# XXX-XX-8450, died 10?15/2016. No probate estate has been opened for John Randal Watkins and there is no Personal Representative of the Settlor’s probate estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
