Proos donates to Toys for Tots
Sen. John Proos donated toys to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program at Martin’s Super Market in St. Joseph.
“I am proud to support a wonderful organization that is dedicated to helping make the season brighter for less fortunate children throughout our community,” said Proos. “There are many ways to make an impact during the holiday season. Anyone who is interested in helping Toys for Tots spread holiday cheer this year can drop off a new, unwrapped toy at one of several locations throughout Southwest Michigan.”
Residents can visit www.toysfortots.org to find the nearest drop-off location.
People may also make a financial donation on the website using a secure, one-step process. Toys for Tots is a highly rated charity with 97 percent of donations going to the group’s mission of providing toys, books and other gifts to children.
