2021 Southwest Michigan Poetry Contest winners announced

The 2021 Southwest Michigan Poetry Contest invited creative writers to submit a short poem representing and celebrating Southwest Michigan. The collaborating hosts of the contest, the North Berrien Historical Museum and the Southwestern Michigan Tourist Council, defined “Southwest Michigan” as the counties of Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren. A total of 33 inspired poems were submitted and judged by popular vote on the Museum’s Facebook page from April 26 – May 2.
