A plan to Clear the ROADS and improve safety

This week, I reintroduced the Clear the ROADS (Reckless Obstructions and Dangers on Streets) Act. This bill is a direct response to the increasing trend of unlawful traffic-obstructing protests that have been deployed across the United States. This is very timely given the multitude of news reports highlighting how rioters and those protesting the removal of criminal illegal immigrants in California shut down roads like the 101 in downtown LA.
