Anyone in charge of this chaos?

As usual, I pour the creamer into my black coffee – instant chaos. Swirling cream mixes in what appears to be random currents. Interesting to watch. Always different, yet never random, but actually determined by specific thermodynamic rules and predetermined principles of physics that are known. There is not chaos in the coffee cup, but order – complicated order, but order indeed.
