Asserting American leadership on digital assets

Digital assets have the potential to revolutionize payment systems in the United States by allowing financial systems to become more efficient and more accessible to the average American. However, since the creation of the first cryptocurrency network nearly 15 years ago, the rules governing digital assets remain unclear. The United States must be the leader in the digital asset space. In order for that to happen, Congress must continue to provide a clear framework, allowing for greater protection and certainty in the marketplace.
