On Thursday, April 25, 2024 the Berrien County Board of Commissioners approved a three-year contract with the Sheriff’s Office full-time employees represented by the Police Officers Labor Council. The Deputy & Sergeants Unit along with the Command Units ratified the contracts prior to the vote of the commissioners.
