Last week, I joined my Problem Solvers Caucus colleagues in unveiling a $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure package aimed at breaking the gridlock between the White House and Congress over the last several weeks. Our plan, known as the “Building Bridges: A Bipartisan Physical Infrastructure Framework,” seeks to bring both Democrats and Republicans together for a compromise infrastructure bill that the White House can support.
