With Thanksgiving approaching we are again faced with decisions about meeting together for family and friends’ interaction. As we evaluate the options, we need to consider the importance of the celebration from an emotional health perspective as well as just from physical considerations. Whatever we decide, considering the importance of social connection can help us to not forget the necessity for that aspect of our fractured lives as we together look to the future.
