Celebrating our Southwest Michigan farmers

On Tuesday, we celebrated National Farmer’s Day and the major – and often overlooked – contributions our farmers, ranchers, and growers make for our local communities and the country at large. Producing everything from blueberries and apples to asparagus and zucchini, these folks really are the backbone of the American economy, and we’re fortunate to have so many family farms right here in Southwest Michigan.
