The Coloma City Commissioners met on Jan. 23, 2023 at Coloma City Hall for their second regularly scheduled monthly meeting.
Property Tax Deadline
The city board approved to extend the property tax deadline from Feb. 14 to Feb. 28, 2023.
New fire truck
The board announced that the new fire truck ordered for the North Berrien Fire Rescue department was purchased and in an estimated 850 days the new truck will arrive.
City events
The St. Patrick’s Day Lighted Parade will be held on March 11, 2023 at 8:30 p.m.
The Glad Peach Festival will be held in the city of Coloma again this year. The board is hoping for the festival to last two days and the city is taking vendor applications, which can be found online.
The city of Coloma holds their commission meetings on the second and fourth Monday each month at 7:30 p.m. Meetings take place at the City Hall.
