Service Hours

The service hours of the library are: MON-THUR 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., and FRI-SAT 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Program schedules are found on the calendar near the bottom of the website home page. For questions, contact staff through email at readcoloma@gmail.com or call 269-468-3431.

Take Me to Your Reader

The Coloma Public Library will launch a spectacular space-themed all-ages Summer Reading Program starting Monday, June 20 through August 19. Call 269-468-3431 for details.

Meet Up, Eat Up, Read Up

The library will serve as a free summer lunch location Monday-Friday from 11:30-11:50 a.m. starting June 13 through Aug. 5. Free lunches provided for 18 years old and younger and special needs individuals 26 years old and under. Lunches must be eaten on the library premises. Grab n’Go Craft Kits for Kids

Craft kits will be in the lobby for pick up on Thursdays starting at 9 a.m. while supplies last. Make a craft in the Children's Department or take it home. Kits designed for preschool to school-aged children.

Paws for Reading

School-aged children are invited for individual reading sessions with certified therapy dogs, Margaret and Pailey in the Children’s Room. Sessions are every other Thursday. Check the calendar on the library’s website for the current schedule. Pre-registration is preferred, but walk-ins will be accommodated when possible. Masks are required for the safety of children and the dogs with exceptions for children medically unable to wear masks.

Book Club

The Coloma Public Library Book Club meets every other Thursday in the Community Room at 4 p.m. The public is welcome to participate. To enquire about the reading list, please contact the library for details. The schedule of meetings is found on the website program calendar.
