HARTFORD LIGHTS UP TOKYO… The Miss, Mr., Miss Teen, and Mr. Teen Hartford Pageant will take place this Sunday, Dec. 7, at 5 p.m., featuring this year’s theme, “Hartford Lights Up Tokyo.” Tickets are available for $20 in advance or $25 at the door. The Little Miss, Little Mr., and Junior Teen Hartford Pageant will also be held this Sunday, at 12 p.m. Both events will be hosted in the HPS Auditorium.
