COVID-19 new case rate drops below 3 percent, lowest in Michigan in 12 months

Michigan’s COVID-19 positive test rate has stayed below 3 percent since last Wednesday. The state reported Friday the positive test rate was just 2.2 percent. The state’s goal is to maintain a positivity rate of 3 percent or lower.
