For too long, organized criminal rings have seen insurance fraud as a low-risk, high-reward enterprise. They have manipulated our laws, stealing billions of dollars from the system and leaving honest, hardworking Michigan families to pick up the tab through higher premiums. But last week, the Michigan House took a major step toward ending that racket.
