Hartford Fall Festival brings family fun to the heart of downtown

The Greater Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce and the Hartford Public Library are excited to announce the Hartford Fall Festival, taking place Saturday, Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hartford Public Library, 12 Church Street.
