Hartford may campaign only JV football for next school year

The Hartford School District Board of Education met five times in the month of October, mostly handling the mundane business items, which also included a recommendation from an ad-hoc committee on the future of Hartford football on the heels of a season that saw no wins and three forfeited varsity games due to a lack of players.
