Hartford Public Library news
The public is invited to the Hartford Fall Festival, Saturday and Sunday, September 26 and 27! The festival is located at the Hartford Public Library grounds. The library will have a great book and rummage sale with lots of unique items. The festival hours are Saturday, Sept. 26 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
