Hartford Public Schools teams with Van Buren Sheriff’s Department for full-time police presence

At the July 18 Business Meeting, acting on a recommendation by Superintendent Brad Geesaman, the Hartford School Board approved an annual contract with the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department to provide a full-time School Resource Officer (SRO) in the 2022-2023 school year.
