Earlier this month, I introduced H.R. 2850, the Youth Sports Facilities Act, with Rep. Marc Veasey (D-TX) to help build and upgrade youth sports facilities across the country. This bipartisan legislation, which was also introduced in the Senate by Senators Todd Young (R-IN) and Jon Ossoff (D-GA), would amend the Public Works and Economic Development Act to add youth sports facilities to the list of eligible uses of Economic Development Assistance Grants.
