High alert: An effective measure against mass shootings
We have a responsibility to make sure Michiganders feel safe in public places. Period. The brutal and senseless violence of mass shootings has robbed us of all sense of security whether it’s going to worship, school, or even a rideshare. This fall we had an abrupt reminder when four innocent lives were lost at Oxford High School just across the state.
