HIGH WATERS... at Watervliet Hays Park are the after effects of heavy Easter weekend rain. The Paw Paw River continued to crest through mid-week resulting in park closure for the near future. The natural beauty of the river is a big attraction for summer kayak and canoe users and is deemed dangerous during high water events.
