Holding Russia accountable in U.S. courts

Millions of Ukrainians have been forced to flee their homes due to the ruthless Russian invasion. Many of these folks will eventually return to their homes to find ash and rubble where they once called home and will have little to no means to claim compensation for all they have lost. For this very reason Rep. Dingell (D-MI) and I will be introducing a bill that allows millions of Ukrainians impacted by the war to use the U.S. judicial system to collect damages from sanctioned Russians.
