Holding the Postal Service accountable in Southwest Michigan

For weeks now, my office has heard from Southwest Michigan residents who are frustrated, worried, and in some cases harmed because their mail is arriving late or not at all. That kind of breakdown is not acceptable, and reliable mail delivery needs to be restored immediately.
