The Van Buren Regional Genealogical Society will welcome Bruce Butgereit to the Hartford Public Library, 12 Church St., on Saturday, July 18 at 11 a.m. Butgereit is the President and Executive Director of History Remembered, Inc. The mission of this organization is to give voices to those that are no longer with us and to preserve and enhance the historic character of local, state and national resources through advocacy, education and preservation.
