On Thursday, Jan. 11, residents were invited to a Public Input Open House by organizer, Marcy Hamilton, an experienced Senior Planner with the Southwest Michigan Planning Commission. Hamilton has developed a track record of implementing successful projects for a variety of clients around the Southwest Michigan region and now she and other staff members have invested in helping the City of Hartford apply for a Spark Grant to upgrade Ely Park.
