RIP ED CAMPBELL… Some of my earliest recollections of Ed include him as a barber at Tacy’s, his time as Postmaster, and as Mayor. After his retirement you could find him at Watervliet Ace Hardware always willing to lend a hand. My deepest condolences to Judy and the whole Campbell family.
