ARE THEY KIDDING US? How in the world do the leaders of that snarl in the Middle East, expect the rest of us to believe they will settle the mess that is Russia versus Ukraine. Russian potentate Putin has a long sheet of misguided treaty settlements; Ukraine leaves hopes to the winds of fate. Nobody expects the agreements to last the time it takes for the ink to dry. Good grief, the bloodshed never had the chance to dry on the last agreement. Meanwhile, the citizens of the world are starving and dying from bullets and mayhem.
