Recently, Michigan’s attorney general has announced her plans to pursue a novel legal theory and sue Michigan industries that keep our lights on, our homes warm, and employ thousands of our hardworking friends and neighbors. As the Republican Leader of the House Energy Committee, I’ve penned a letter to the attorney general asking her to re-focus on fighting crimes that are actually happening, not waste time on made-up vendettas to score political points.
