Last week, the Michigan Supreme Court issued a tone-deaf ruling that will disrupt the livelihoods of thousands of Michigan restaurant workers and small business owners by drastically spiking the cost of labor and eliminating the Tip Credit, which an overwhelming majority of Michigan restaurant workers’ support.
