Leveling the playing field for Michigan’s distillers

Small businesses are the backbone of Michigan’s economy, and that includes our fast-growing craft beverage industry. Last week, I was proud to see that the Michigan House of Representatives unanimously passed my legislation to support local distillers by allowing them to enter into alternating proprietorship agreements.
