The upcoming “Sanctity of Human Life Sunday” is based upon President Ronald Reagan’s January 13, 1984 declaration establishing the “National Sanctity of Human Life Day” as January 22, 1984. That date was the 11th anniversary of the Supreme Court, Roe v. Wade decision concerning abortion availability.
